Denes Korpas, M.D. provides patients with comprehensive cardiovascular care utilizing imaging with echocardiography, nuclear and vascular imaging. He has expertise in management of arrhythmias including cardioversions and implantation of cardiac pacemakers. He performs transesophageal echocardiography, coronary angioplasty and stent placement and patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure. He is involved with the Structural Heart program and specializes in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) as he demonstrates his expertise in cardiac valvular evaluation and therapies.

Dr. Korpas leads efforts for Pioneer Heart to promote quality care and optimal outcomes for patients as well as peer case reviews for improved collaboration and care. His efforts are a continuation of family involvement in cardiology as Dr. Korpas grew up in Budapest, Hungary learning about medicine from his mother who is a world-renowned cardiologist and heart failure expert.
